“Room was the CUTEST! Bathroom was huge. One of the cleanest (like sparkling clean) places we have ever stayed. It is right on the beach with easy, easy beach access. Large beach area for hotel. Wonderful two-story, covered deck area. A two-minute walk to Swells'a brewery :). If we ever have the opportunity to return to the OBX, John Yancey is where we will stay. ”

“Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful in letting me check in early. Wonderful view of the ocean and beach which was important to me as I was hoping to find sea and shorebirds, which I did! I also got amazing views of the SpaceX Falcon 12 launch!! The room was clean and the bed suuuuuper comfy, giving me the best night's sleep in weeks and by far the best hotel sleep I've had in a very long time. They also have a hotel kitty named Boots who provided 5-star head bonks and scritch……

“This used to be the only hotel I stayed at whenever going to the outer banks, which is several times a year. But my last visit will be my last visit. I accidentally left a very expensive and very sentimental sweater in my room, and nobody at the hotel seemed to want to help me try to find it. They all seemed indifferent and just kept brushing me off as if it was no big deal. And yes, I do know. I left my sweater in the room. I hope whoever took it enjoyed it. And I never see anybody wearing it……

“Our stay was amazing! Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our room was clean . We had a city view but that was perfectly fine as we were right on the beach. Lastly our only complaint was the size of the bed. We booked for a queen and the bed was definitely a full size bed. Other than that everything was amazing and were currently planning our next visit, which hopefully will be in March.”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”
